• Easily&safely test the diesel common rail pressure • Thanks to this set, the mechanic will be able to safely test the diesel common rail pressure, both in line (“in serie with engine running”) and for direct pump pressure (Cranking the engine) • Unlike simply having the pressure information with the sensor of the car (this sensor may have an issue), our set provides all the hardware (special sensor, plugs, hoses) to perform a very precise and accurate test in association with our digital tester HU35025 (or HU35020). The hoses included in the set will allow to measure and diagnose most usual common rail engine • Kit includes a 2000bar sensor, a sensor plug for direct pump pressure, 2x M12 x 150 hoses for most common applications and a retrieving reservoir

COMMON RAIL DUMMY REGULATOR SET

• This set, used in association with HU35026, will allow to bypass the pump’s regulator and measure the pressure to diagnose any regulator or pump issue • After observing the weak pump pressure : Simply remove the regulator, and choose the right dummy plug to bypass and seal the port. If the pressure comes back to normal, the regulator causes the loss of pressure. If the pressure stays too low, the pump is defective. This test is recommended by manufacturer of high pressure pumps • Kit includes 8 different dummy to seal any regulator ports

COMMON RAIL CAPS SET

• Used in association with HU35026, this set will allow to close injectors fuel inlet directly on the common rail. The purpose of this operation is to identify if an injector is leaking or not • Works for 3, 4, 5 and 6 cylinders engines • Kit includes 6x M12x150 plugs and 6x M14x150 plugs

DIGITAL UNIVERSAL PRESSURE TESTER Automobile diagnosis requires increasingly precise measurements, perfect connections and very often the possibility of saving or printing data. In the past pressure measurements were taken using a variety of analogue pressure gauges, each one being designed for a different application. The best known were the petrol and diesel compres sion gauges, oil pressure testers, petrol pressure and vacuum testers. Today, it is important to measure other pressures as well, such as petrol and diesel high injection pressures, the pressures in the cooling circuits or of the AdBlue. This universal tester makes it possible to replace all the old analogue testers with a single digital tester, guaranteeing very high measurement accuracy and adaptors identical to those originally mounted, by means of a tablet.
